This hotel is located in a convenient area, right next to a subway station and surrounded by well-traveled areas. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds ensure a relaxing stay. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi available in each room.

The food and staff of the hotel. It is a good choice for rest. Stay there and enjoy your Shenzhen city break. Buways, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the property.

The breakfast had a decent spread of food, including some local specialties. the room was spacious and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed. the hotel was in a good location, within walking distance to a mall and some local shops.
The staff at the hotel did not speak much English and had trouble understanding our requests. the hotel seemed to have a problem with the heating as our room was very cold and it took a long time for the staff to respond to our complaint.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and free WiFi. The location was convenient, with easy access to the Conventional center, nearby markets, and parking. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who even guided me to a straight taxi rank by a nearby restaurant.

The rooms were very spacious and modern. The big flat-screen TV had a number of English channels. The hotel had a good location linked to a shopping mall, making down-time enjoyable.
Some members of the group complained about the smoky lobby and poor hot water. The hotel's coffee was not well-liked and the location was not ideal.

The location was great, with the HuaQiang Road N subway station nearby and in a well-traveled neighborhood with many restaurants. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, especially all those who worked in the restaurant. Close to the conventional center, the room was clean and the bathroom was well-maintained. the breakfast was decent, with a fair variety of options.
Some guests noted a faint smell of cigarettes in the hallways.
